| -i had the tps at 8mm long. 10mm with a split lock worked for me. -i would use 12mm for the throttle cable cover, as it is a thick item. Yup, I've made that change -i have a similar length for balance tube bolts. but if someone wanted to use flat and/or split lock washer(so as not to mar the balance tube paint and/or powdercoat), then the length would need to be added accordingly. On my coil packs and balance tube, I use a 3/8" fiber washer for paint and PC protection. It's only 0.032 thck. From the chart, those bolts are intended to be used with out washers. Should someone want to use stainless washers, they'll need to add 2mm or so. -i would specify the type of lock washer as split type (as opposed to star type). Done. -i only had 13 bolts for the plenum, as i separated the 4 for throttle spring covers for those with newer style plenums. I recounted, updated sheet.
